When you work with me as your REALTOR®, you are working directly with a California-licensed Real Estate Salesperson. “Real Estate Salesperson” is my license classification with the California Department of Real Estate, while REALTOR® reflects my professional membership with the National Association of REALTORS®. As a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, I conduct real estate activities under the supervision of my employing broker, Premier Realty Associates.

At the same time, Premier Realty Associates provides the brokerage supervision, transaction support, and management structure behind the real estate services I provide.

A Look Behind Your Transaction

Real estate transactions are a collaborative process. While you work directly with me as your Real Estate Salesperson, there is also a Premier Realty Associates team working behind the scenes to help keep your transaction organized, properly documented, and supported from contract through closing.

During your transaction, a Premier Realty Associates transaction coordinator works together with me to help complete and organize contract paperwork and other transaction documents. This helps keep the many details, documents, and deadlines involved in a real estate transaction moving in an organized manner.

Transaction activity and contract paperwork are reported to Premier Realty Associates as part of the brokerage's normal oversight and management process. Brokerage management is part of the transaction support structure throughout the real estate process.
